Process (P): Decision-Making Through States

This article describes the Selmo understanding of process as state-based operating behavior. It explains how decision-making is achieved through complete state definition.

In Selmo, a process is understood in terms of behavior rather than mechanics. Each operating state is defined by an action and an expected reaction and must be clearly decidable.
The article shows how missing or ambiguous states create risk and why these risks must be identified before technical implementation.
